 Cathy still not feeling well. I don’t think she wants to see a doctor. I’ll check though. She just needs to rest. 

I went to the Orem Family Fitness Center to walk. The track is on the second level so every lap I go down and up the stairs to as to my workout. Plus I listen to I❤️Radio on my hearing aids to pass the time. Real quite satisfactory. I might go all the way to the Provo FFC for variety. 

We went for a long drive in the morning to get Cathy out of the house for a break. She really enjoys that and our Prius gets well over 50 mpg so it doesn’t cost much. 

Cathy is still not well. She got up and we watched Scripture Gems together. Then she returned to bed. I moved the new humidifier into our room because the dry air seems to have A detrimental effect on her eyes. 

I'm going to walk at the Orem or Provo Family Fitness Center. Haven't decided yet.

This quote is so good I'm repeating it today. I used it yesterday as well but the Atonement is so important...
