Book of Mormon review (review of earlier Come Follow Me lessons): Alma 33

Journal Entry 

We went to Sacrament meeting and 2nd Hour yesterday. Spent the rest of the day relaxing and reading.

I have a routine visit with Dr. Welch this morning. Should be a good visit. My GMI is down to 6.7. It will be interesting to see what my A1C is. Should be also well under 7.0 but we'll see. 

I’m at the doctors now waiting on my A1C result. It is: 6.9 hooray!

 Alma 43: 47 And again, the Lord has said that: Ye shall defend your families even unto bloodshed. Therefore for this cause were the Nephites contending with the Lamanites, to defend themselves, and their families, and their lands, their country, and their rights, and their religion.
