Journal Entry

We had a very nice but uneventful Sabbath day together. Went to Fast and Testimony meeting then Sunday school. 

Today we are going out to breakfast at Chick Fil A and going to try to use some promotional points that we have collected through previous purchases. Then we will walk at one of the malls and get our steps in. Then we have little tasks to do so around the house. So a quiet but productive day.

Come Follow Me 

Our Sunday School lesson yesterday mirrored the Come Follow Me topics found in the We Believe app that I really like in that the discussion was based entirely on the Restoration Proclamation from 2020. It was a really good lesson and the teacher was Sister Megan Rawlins. I think she is new to that calling but very good as a teacher. We haven't really enjoyed Sunday School because of the instructors but she seems terrific.

D&C 6:36 Look unto me in every thought; doubt not, fear not.

D&C 1:1 Hearken, O ye people of my church, saith the voice of him who dwells on high, and whose eyes are upon all men; yea, verily I say: Hearken ye people from afar; and ye that are upon the islands of the sea, listen together.
