Daily Vitals: Weight: estimated 231.0, GMI: 7.1, Steps (previous day) 1,197

Journal Entry: 

We are in Phoenix and the weather is wonderful. High 70s and clear skies. The GMI is high because I ate poorly including a pint of Hagen Daz ice cream. Trying to do better today.

We stopped at Becky's home for dinner last night. Nice home.

The photo shows us in the back yard. The glasses contain water... Honest.

Then we drove to our hotel which is an Embassy Suites in Phoenix near Scottsdale. Pretty nice hotel.

We had breakfast here at the hotel this morning. A nice omelet with spinach, mushrooms and other delicious stuff. Breakfast is included in our exhorbitant room rate.

Then we walked in the golf course area behind the hotel. And so far I have 9,677 steps so that should help with my GMI I hope.
