Daily Vitals: Weight: 228.6 (with cast), Book of Mormon Reading: 2 Nephi17, GMI: 7.0, Steps (previous day) NA, Blood Pressure: 112/70, 89, Reported Sleep 7:12

Journal Entry 

Hopefully losing the cast later today. Then I'm anticipating being able to exercise more intensely than I have been. My blood glucose levels have been consistently high since my hospital stay and subsequent treatment. I'm anticipating being able to walk more and even climb stairs, etc. We'll see and I truly believe that this will bring about a reduction in blood glucose levels. My Glucose Management Index (GMI) has been around 7.0 for far too long. I'd like to get it down to 6.6ish and I'm pretty sure I can with exercise.
