Journal Entry 

We drove out to the home of James Madison, one of the early presidents of the United States. They have worked hard to make it very presentable. The main problem with it is that is so far out of the way that most people won’t make the effort. But we did and we enjoyed it. 

We also enjoyed stopping at the little town of Gordonsville on the way. It’s a charming town with great little shops and a pretty good restaurant named “Well Hung Vineyard”.
