Cathy still hasn't got her new phone activated so we decided to go to a different Xfinity store in Orem. Turns out there are company run stores and stores run by contractors as franchises. The store in Orem is company run and the guy we talked to there seemed to know a lot more about how to help her. Bottom line it might take another day or two (which I don't understand) but we got the feeling that it was going to happen so we'll see.
