2023 September 19, Journal Entry

The wrinkled document seen here is proof that I fired ten rounds of 9mm ammo while under the supervision of an authorized firearms expert and actually hit the target in an acceptable manner. We retired police officers have to do that if we want to maintain our lawful right to carry a concealed firearm virtually anywhere in the U.S. The original sheet I posted here is sort of sloppy. I'm going to try to fix that so it looks better.

I have never fired a weapon at anyone and hope never to do so but I feel that the possibility exists that this ability might be needed at some point so I maintain my legal status as a qualified retired LA Cop. So yesterday I joined with several of my retired co-workers who belong to a group called Wasatch Blue and we all qualified with our hand guns.

I also worked on our front garden and maybe I'll get a photo today or soon to show you.. It's gonna be pretty.

Is our love for the Lord and His commandments stronger than our love for anything or anyone else in this life?"

Elder Jörg Klebingat Of the Sevent, April 2022

2 Corinthians 9:7 Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver. 8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:
