My weight is up to 231.0 this morning. It was about a week ago that it was 226 so I've got to make some changes to get back down. I still want to be at about 225. It helps to weigh daily so I don't get too far off track. 

Yesterday was stake conference and we concentrated on Come Follow Me lessons. 

Cathy is working awfully hard to prepare for her tea party today. I won't comment further.

2 Nephi 9:7 Wherefore, it must needs be an infinite atonement—save it should be an infinite atonement this corruption could not put on incorruption.
