Book of Mormon Review Reading: 2 Nephi 32

Journal Entry:

For the first time in weeks, I slept through the night last night without significant pain. My sleep app on my phone reported that I slept for six hours and 15 minutes. That's the first time I've recorded over six hours in a long time. I'm scheduled for a steroid shot today for pain relief but I'm thinking I'll cancel that for now. I still have an appointment in a week or so for physical therapy and I'm thinking that might be good to keep that option going. Anyway, I'm very pleased with my health right now. Prayers seem to have been answered very dramatically and I am grateful for that.

We have Bishops Storehouse duty today that I was going to pass on but I think I'd better go ahead and go.
