Book of Mormon Review Reading: The Record of Zeniff—An account of his people, from the time they left the land of Zarahemla until the time that they were delivered out of the hands of the Lamanites. Comprising Mosiah chapters 9 through 22.

 Mosiah 15

Journal Entry 

I went to Dr. Kimball's office and saw an assistant. She looked at my incision and said it looked good. She removed the existing dressing and determined that no dressing is needed. 

I'm still in pain but it seems to be less severe. Still no fun though. They gave me a new Tramadol prescription that should get me through the worst of the pain.

The main thing I have to do now is get up and walk every 30 - 45 minutes. No stairs "for the first few days."

Walking in the house unless Cathy is with me - which she will be when she can. The weather is often too warm to walk outside but we both can enjoy walking in one of the shopping malls
