The All Guard pest control man came out as planned and seemed to have the ability to address our flies and spiders as well as at least two or three wasp/hornets nests. There is a thirty day guarantee which we like. Jake has them come every three months and that agreement makes their services available year round. We are going to see if that's needed fit us or if we can just call them as needed. That means more money per visit but might mean fewer visits in any given year. We will make that decision later.

We both served at the Bishops Storehouse and it was quite a bit busier than usual. I enjoyed being busy and the day went by very quickly.

Helaman 4:23 And because of their iniquity the church had begun to dwindle; and they began to disbelieve in the spirit of prophecy and in the spirit of revelation; and the judgments of God did stare them in the face.

24 And they saw that they had become weak, like unto their brethren, the Lamanites, and that the Spirit of the Lord did no more preserve them; yea, it had withdrawn from them because the Spirit of the Lord doth not dwell in unholy temples

"The Holy Ghost accompanies those who are “strict to remember the Lord their God from day to day.” As the Lord counseled, we must “lay aside the things of this world, and seek for the things of a better,” for “the Spirit of the Lord doth not dwell in unholy temples.” We must always try to obey God’s laws, study the scriptures, pray, attend the temple, and live true to the thirteenth article of faith, “being honest, true, chaste, benevolent, virtuous, and … doing good to all men.”
