I actually enjoyed serving yesterday in the Bishops Storehouse. We were pretty busy and all went well. I'm not sure why my weight went up by a couple of pounds but we'll see if that goes back down or what. 

Serving in the temple today. I'm thinking increased attendance because of General Conference. I'll try to remember to tell you tomorrow. Attendance has been very high lately anyway with most of our morning endowment sessions either full or nearly full.

3 Nephi 20: 41 And then shall a cry go forth: Depart ye, depart ye, go ye out from thence, touch not that which is unclean; go ye out of the midst of her; be ye clean that bear the vessels of the Lord.

"The Holy Ghost remains with us only if we stay clean and free from the love of the things of the world. A choice to be unclean will repel the Holy Ghost.
