We had ward conference yesterday. Our Stake President gave a good talk about AI, and related artificial intelligence issues reminding us to stay in tune with the Holy Ghost on a constant basis and rely on that even during everyday activities of all types. Excellent advice in my view. Then our High Councilor, Brother Gottfredson, taught Elders Quorum and did a good job.

For some reason my stomach was messed up and I had a tough time sleeping last night. Trying to calm down this morning so I can get a little exercise.

Mormon 1:1 And now I, Mormon, make a record of the things which I have both seen and heard, and call it the Book of Mormon.

"If you are humble and obedient and hearken to the voice of the Spirit, you will find great happiness in your service... May we be “quick to observe,” as was Mormon, so when the call comes, we are worthy and able to declare with the power of the Spirit: “Behold, I am a disciple of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. I have been called of him to declare his word among his people, that they might have everlasting life.”
