Completed my Ordinance Worker assignment. Cathy's hand seems to be healing nicely. She wasn't feeling very well so I went and did some shopping for food, etc. I did a couple of laps around the University Place Mall and got my 7500+ steps in. This morning I weighed 227.2 lbs. Not bad for 6'7".

2 Nephi 9:51 Wherefore, do not spend money for that which is of no worth, nor your labor for that which cannot satisfy. Hearken diligently unto me, and remember the words which I have spoken; and come unto the Holy One of Israel, and feast upon that which perisheth not, neither can be corrupted, and let your soul delight in fatness.

Interesting scripture. Really good advice and then it concludes with "let your soul delight in fatness." I will assume that in this case, fatness, is a good thing. Use your imagination. 😇
