We drove by the new Lindon Temple yesterday and saw that they have now added the tops to the spires. It's going to be spectacular in my humble opinion.

I've been trying to eat better and it's paying off. My weight had gone up to 232 and my A1C to 6.9. This morning I was back down to 228 with 6.8 A1C. I think I can just keep going until I get 225ish and 6.7. 

We are going to have Jake et al over this Sunday for a break the fast dinner after church. Trying to make that a monthly thing.

Be strong. Live the gospel faithfully even if others around you don’t live it at all. Defend your beliefs with courtesy and with compassion, but defend them. A long history of inspired voices…point you toward the path of Christian discipleship. It is a strait path, and it is a narrow path without a great deal of latitude at some points, but it can be thrillingly and successfully traveled, “with … steadfastness in Christ, … a perfect brightness of hope, and a love of God and of all men.”
