2023 November 20, Monday, Journal Entry

Yesterday was Sunday, of course, and we attended Sacrament meeting and Sunday School. 

I also ate too much dinner. We fixed A Kevin meal from Costco that's designed for at least four people and I probably ate 3/4 of it. It was good but that was stupid. My weight was up this morning nearly two pounds and my blood pressure was good but higher than usual. Got to be smarter in what I eat. Plus I could have got some exercise but just didn't. I'll do better.

Today I have my eye doctor appointment and later my heart ultrasound (echocardiogram?). Plus planning on some walking. The Hutzleys are supposed to stop in for a visit too so that will be nice. All the way from North Carolina. Actually, on closer examination they are coming next Monday. That's one of the blessings of living here in Utah. Many of our friends from Kentucky, California and elsewhere have relatives here and they often make time to see us while they are here.
