Got the results of my Echo cardiogram. All's normal. I am to see her, my cardiologist, in a year for annual review. Good news. 

I'm still waiting for the results of my thyroid biopsy. 

We served at the Bishops Storehouse yesterday afternoon. As expected it was pretty busy. We were able to help many people get food that they might not otherwise be able to get and the quality of the food we have seems top notch. We could use more volunteers to help stock shelves and keep the warehouse properly stocked. The people with whom we serve are true angels and are delightful to associate with.

1 Peter 2:15 For so is the will of God, that with well doing ye may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men:
