Journal Entry 

Cathy was able to see Dr. Kimball and get an MRI ordered regarding her back. Hopefully she will be getting some relief from her back pain. We both need to be more careful with our "BLT" - bending, lifting and twisting. 

I've been feeling a lot better lately and decided to go back to the Bishops Storehouse yesterday afternoon. It was good to be back there and I felt I did some good.

I got my new temple recommend yesterday evening. All in all a good day.

Book of Mormon review (review of earlier Come Follow Me assignments): Alma 9, The words of Alma, and also the words of Amulek, which were declared unto the people who were in the land of Ammonihah. And also they are cast into prison, and delivered by the miraculous power of God which was in them, according to the record of Alma. Comprising chapters 9 through 14.

Alma 31: 5 And now, as the preaching of the word had a great tendency to lead the people to do that which was just—yea, it had had more powerful effect upon the minds of the people than the sword, or anything else, which had happened unto them—therefore Alma thought it was expedient that they should try the virtue of the word of God.
